Welcome to Disguild! This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for bidding on advertisements on our platform. By using the bidding and advertising services provided by Disguild, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Methods

a. PayPal: Disguild uses PayPal as its primary payment processor for bidding on advertisements. Users are required to have a valid PayPal account to participate in the bidding process.

2. Bidding Process

a. Bidding Currency: All bids and transactions are conducted in the currency specified on the Disguild platform, typically in USD (United States Dollars).

b. Bid Amounts: Users are responsible for specifying the bid amount for their advertisements. Bids are subject to availability and competition from other users.

3. Billing and Invoicing

a. Payment Authorization: By participating in the bidding process, users authorize Disguild to charge their PayPal account for the bid amount if their advertisement is successful.

b. Invoicing: Users will receive an electronic invoice detailing the bid amount and any applicable fees. Invoices will be sent to the email address associated with the user’s Disguild account.

4. Payment Verification and Approval

a. Payment Confirmation: Bids will only be considered valid and advertisements approved once payment is confirmed and verified by Disguild.

b. Approval Process: Disguild reserves the right to review and approve or reject advertisements based on compliance with our guidelines and suitability for our platform.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

a. Refund Policy: Bids are non-refundable. Once a bid is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be reversed. Refunds will only be issued in cases where Disguild cancels an advertisement for a violation of our policies.

b. Advertisement Removal: Disguild reserves the right to remove any advertisement that violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines without refund.

6. Currency Conversion

a. PayPal Currency Conversion: If your PayPal account is in a different currency, PayPal’s exchange rates may apply for currency conversion. Disguild is not responsible for any fees or differences in exchange rates.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

a. Dispute Resolution: Users are encouraged to contact Disguild support to resolve any issues or disputes before initiating a chargeback.

b. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with Disguild may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s account.

8. Changes to Payment Policy

Disguild reserves the right to update and change the Payment Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
